Return and Refund Policy for Courses

Thank you for choosing The Brook Christian Counseling Institute. We strive to provide engaging and high-quality courses. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refunds for our courses.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Course Cancellation: You may request a refund if you cancel your enrollment within 3 days after your initial purchase of the course. After this period, we cannot process any refunds.
- Course Access Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical difficulties that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Course Satisfaction Guarantee: If you complete the first 3 days of the course and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 days of the course start date. You must schedule an exit interview, provide proof of completion, and provide reasons for your dissatisfaction. Please note you will not be able to reenroll until the following semester begins.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are non-refundable:
- Courses purchased with promotional discounts or during special offers may not be eligible for refunds.
- No-shows or failure to attend live sessions do not qualify for a refund.
- If the course has already been completed or accessed in full, no refunds will be issued.
